Use a one-time calendar export, subscribe by URL, or keep a private list. A calendar entry is not an event registration.
Subscribe or download
A download captures the current indexed events once. A subscription refreshes according to your calendar application. The List does not control when Apple, Google or Outlook next refreshes.
Google Calendar
On a desktop, open Other calendars, choose From URL, and paste the public subscription URL. For a one-time copy, use Settings → Import & export and import the downloaded ICS file.
Apple Calendar
Choose File → New Calendar Subscription, paste the calendar URL, and select your refresh interval. Opening an ICS download creates a one-time import instead.
Outlook
Choose Add calendar → Subscribe from web, paste the feed URL, and save. Use Upload from file for an ICS snapshot.
Export only your plans
Save events in My List, then choose Export calendar. Private notes are never included in calendar exports. Browser-local plans work without an account.
