EDITORIAL STANDARDS

Make uncertainty
visible.

Useful resources explain the boundaries of evidence, not only its most exciting implications.

Start with the original source.

Research papers, regulatory documents and organizer pages are preferred. Every evidence note and event listing links to its original information. The launch collection was assembled from sources checked on October 7, 2026; it is not a claim of comprehensive or continuous monitoring.

Separate the finding from the interpretation.

Evidence notes distinguish what a source reports, why we think it matters, and what it does not establish. Draft guidance stays labeled draft. A human observational association does not become proof of a treatment effect. A model’s performance is tied to its evaluated context.

Keep claims within the experiment.

Human tissues, organoids, chips and computational models each answer particular questions. Safety, biological mechanism, clinical benefit and cosmetic performance are different claims. Neither an aging-clock change nor a favorable assay result is automatically evidence of rejuvenation or longer healthy life.

Make events practical, not speculative.

Cost, eligibility and booking state are recorded separately. Times remain unannounced when a source does not provide them. Multi-day conferences remain single records. Beyond-region events do not appear in the default Boston/Cambridge selection.

Explain the check.

“Source checked” means the linked information was consulted, not that availability was independently guaranteed. Any limitation in the source view is noted on the event. A stale or unavailable page is not proof of cancellation.

Review before publishing.

Community submissions and automated source candidates enter an editorial queue. Collection does not grant publication rights. Source refreshes do not overwrite an editor’s published record, hold or correction.

Correct visibly.

Use the correction link on an event or evidence note. Approved changes retain stable record identities; significant source changes can be reviewed against prior observations.

Disclose interests.

Commercial claims require scrutiny. The project should disclose a relevant author relationship, sponsorship or financial interest beside the affected content before publication. No paid placement is part of this initial build.
